Felon found with meth, firearm
An Aragon man is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon following his arrest at Highway 53 at Shannon Road.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
45-year-old Hubert Edward Wallace had a clear bag containing suspected meth and a Remington .380 pistol.
He is additionally charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and DUI.
Two charged with meth possession
A West Rome man and a Garden Lakes woman were arrested on drug charges at a location on Charlton Street in Summerville Park on Thursday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
41-year-old Corey Desmond McHenry Sr. was found passed out with suspected methamphetamine in his lap.
Glass pipes were also found in the vehicle.
He and 34-year-old Lacee Jo Dyan Folsom are charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.
McHenry was also under a court order not to have contact with Folsom, who was in the vehicle, resulting in an additional charge of aggravated stalking.
