Northwest Georgia Paving in Calhoun was the low bidder for a paving project in Chattooga County.
The Georgia Department of Transportation recently awarded the $2.7 million contract for 6.628 miles of milling, plant mix resurfacing and shoulder rehabilitation on State Route 337 from the Alabama State Line to Old Highway.
The project has an anticipated completion date of June 30, 2026.
