The Rome City. Commission will get an update from new Rome-Floyd County Development Authority President and CEO Spencer Hogg on Monday.
The update will occur during the pre-meeting caucus at 5 pm.
A couple of first readings are on the agenda for the regular meeting, which starts at 6:30 pm.
One deals with alcohol consumption at the new Chuck Sennett III Memorial Amphitheater, and the other is for a rezoning at 108 Calhoun Avenue.
The applicant is seeking a change from Community Commercial to High Density Traditional Residential to protect the existing residence.
