The Floyd County Commission will consider a request from the airport to approve the federal and state tentative allocation of funds when it meets Monday night.
Also on the agenda, a first reading is slated for a rezoning request for property on Burlington Road.
The applicant is seeking a change from Suburban Residential to Light Industrial for the former Church Chairs building for use as a warehouse to store home goods that would be sold on Amazon.
The meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the County Administration building located at 12 East 4th Avenue.
The caucus will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Caucus Room, where the commission will get an update from Rome-Floyd County Development Authority President and CEO Spencer Hogg.
The city commission heard from Hogg during their meeting on Monday.
