A 72-year-old Silver Creek man is facing charges of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, and sexual battery following his arrest Thursday at his Woodruff Street residence.
The charges against Larry Fain Popham date back to 2013.
According to the arrest warrants:
Popham intentionally made physical contact with a minor under the age of 16.
He also performed an act of sodomy on the child and made the child do the same to him.
