A Rome man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Alabama Highway near Westhaven Drive Sunday.
According to Floyd County Police:
A Dodge Dakota, driven by 38-year-old Joshua Paige, was traveling west.
Witnesses state that the vehicle swerved across several lanes and back before leaving the north side of the road and struck vehicles parked in the yard of a residence.
Paige was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to Deputy Floyd County Coroner Brent Whatley.
No other injuries were reported.
