The second annual “We Care Veterans Fair” occurred at the Rome Forum River Center on Thursday, organized by United Military Care.
The event aimed to assist Northwest Georgia veterans and their families by providing local access to vital services.
Over 100 agencies, organizations, and businesses participated in the fair, offering free assistance and guidance to active service members and veterans.
Attendees had access to resources covering healthcare, mental health support, housing assistance, employment opportunities, VA benefits, and more.
Amenities like free haircuts, meals, and skin cancer screenings were also available on-site.
