Woman Charged with Cruelty to Children
A woman was charged with cruelty to children and battery.
According to Floyd County Jail Records:
Armuchee resident Rebeccah Duke has was arrested on October 14th after repeatedly throwing one child onto a bed and another into a bookshelf. Rebeccah has been charged with two charges of battery and two charges of cruelty to children.
