The suspect in the shooting of a 6-year-old child near Banty Jones Park back in April has now been charged in a shooting that occurred at a party on July 27 on Hardy Avenue.
According to warrants on file at the Floyd County Jail:
18-year-old Isaiah Amari Curtis North, in association with 20-year-old Zaterrian Jermaine Osborne and one other, fired a gun, striking a woman in the leg.
North and Osborne, who are purported members of the Bloods, are charged with aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity.
