A special use permit is being sought for 4 East 9th Street for an independent sober living home with peer support.
Another applicant is seeking to rezone 20 Ford Street from Multi-Family Residential to Suburban Residential, along with a request for a special use permit for a manufactured home.
The planning commission will also consider a rezoning request for 7050 Cave Spring Road in Cave Spring from Suburban Residential to Agricultural Residential for an existing residence and farm.
And finally, there is a rezoning application to rezone 63 Old Lindale Road from Multi-family Residential to Suburban Residential to match the established use.
Thursday’s planning commission meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
