Search warrant leads to arrest of North Rome man
A North Rome man has been arrested on drug charges.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
During the execution of a search warrant at the Howell Street home of 31-year-old Tiuant Luandarius Orr, a backpack containing over an ounce of marijuana was located, along with packaging materials and a digital scale.
Orr is charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.
W0man charged with theft by taking
A Garden Lakes woman arrested over the week for failure to appear in court is facing an additional charge of theft by taking.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
38-year-old Jessica Lynn Randle took $1,500 in property from the victim’s apartment on Warren Road in Armuchee.
The incident occurred back on August 14.
