-Floyd County Jail records-
A West Rome man turned himself in at the Floyd County Jail over the weekend to face charges in connection with a crash that occurred on June 7.
According to the arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
25-year-old Yovani Roberto Lucas-Ramirez drove in a reckless manner, causing him to strike two mobile homes on Burnett Ferry Road while people were inside.
He also struck a porch and a parked vehicle.
Lucas-Ramirez is charged with hit-and-run, reckless conduct, reckless driving, duty upon striking an unattended vehicle, duty upon striking a fixture, and duty to report an accident involving property damage.
