Man accused of stealing a motor vehicle
An Armuchee man has been charged with a felony count of theft by taking.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
55-year-old James Steven Rehberg was in possession of another man’s vehicle and did not return it when asked by the victim to do so.
Rehberg is also being held on a probation violation.
Man charged with public indecency
A West Rome man is facing a public indecency charge following his arrest late last week.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
26-year-old Malachi Rashun Johnson was seen committing an act of “lewd exposure” inside a store in Central Plaza.
