The Floyd County Commission will consider the purchase of vehicles and equipment for public works and the fire department when it meets on Tuesday.
Commissioners will also vote on a one-year Agreement with Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in the amount of $84,500 to provide the services of a licensed professional counselor or social worker in support of the Behavioral Health and Peace Officer Co-Responder Team.
An airport runway lighting change order in the amount of $14,250 using 2023 special-purpose, local option sales tax funds is also on the agenda.
On the consent agenda is the 2026 Local Road Assistance application and a renewal of a bypass sweeping contract with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
There will also be a special recognition of Jim and Bonnie Moore with NAMI Rome, and a Goodwill proclamation.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Floyd County Administration building on East Fourth Avenue.
The caucus will start at 4 p.m.
