A Summerville man is accused of attempting to hit a woman with his vehicle.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
36-year-old Brandon Michael Montgomery also put his arm around the victim’s neck in an attempt to strangle her, and refused to allow her to exit his vehicle.
The incident occurred at a location on Highway 27 North on Sunday.
Montgomery is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and a single count of false imprisonment.
