Take a trolley ride back in time for a spine-tingling look into Rome’s haunted past with Haunted Off Broad Trolley Tours. Blending local history with chilling tales, the tour features stories drawn from years of research, personal accounts and real-life experiences.
Tours are offered October 16–17 and October 23–24, with departures every half hour from 6 to 9 p.m. Tours begin at the Rome Area History Center, located at 305 Broad Street.
The tour includes some walking, so participants are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes. Due to the nature of the stories, the tour is recommended for ages 12 and older.
Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased online at Freshtix.com or in person at both Georgia’s Rome Welcome Center locations in Downtown Rome and on Jackson Hill (across from Applebee’s).

Ticket proceeds benefit the Rome Area History Center, a nonprofit museum dedicated to preserving and sharing the area’s history. The museum offers free admission Tuesday through Saturday, giving visitors the opportunity to explore Rome’s rich heritage year-round.
