-Staff reports-
A relatively light agenda for Rome City Commissioners at Monday’s meeting.
During the caucus, which begins at 5 pm in the Sam King Room, commissioners will hear a presentation regarding Mosaic Community Planning from Jeremy Gray.
During the regular meeting at 6:30 at Rome City Hall, commissioners will consider resolutions for the Burwell Creek Area Plan and the Transit 5307 Funding Application.
First reading of a request for a Special Use Permit for an Independent Sober Living Home/Peer Support facility on East 9th Street is on the agenda.
Commissioners will also place a rezoning request and special use permit for a manufactured home at 20 Ford Street on first reading, along with a rezoning from Multi-family to Suburban Residential at 63 Old Lindale Road.
These are just first readings; a public hearing and vote will come during the commission’s next meeting later this month.
