-Floyd County Jail records-
A West Rome man had been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with vandalism to a place of worship.
According to the warrant:
41-year-old Jon Daniel Shepherd defaced or desecrated the North Rome Church of God on North Broad Street by covering the door, threshold and sidewalk in human waste.
The incident occurred on August 18.
