-Floyd County Jail records-
An East Rome woman is facing charges of reckless conduct following a dog attack back on June 25 on East 19th Street.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
62-year-old Yvonne Deneen Sullivan knowingly had three dogs that could escape a fenced-in yard and failed to take corrective action to prevent them from escaping.
The dogs attacked three people, causing all three to be transported to the hospital for treatment.
One of the victims was severely injured, suffering punctures, lacerations, and scratches all over her body.
A substantial portion of flesh near her elbow was removed.
Sullivan had been warned by animal control a month before the incident about the dogs.
