Update:
A man accused of setting a residence on fire with people inside last week is facing an additional charge.
40-year-old Michael Alamia was initially charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault following his arrest on Thursday.
He is now charged with 1st-degree arson.
According to the arrest warrant:
Alamia set fire to a house on Mississippi Drive with three people inside.
He remains in the Floyd County Jail.
