A Texas Valley man was jailed on Tuesday and charged with child molestation, sexual battery, criminal trespass, and two counts of terroristic threats and acts.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
57-year-old Brian Todd Fuller touched a teenager in an indecent manner.
The incidents began in 2019, when the victim was 14 years old, and continued until the victim was 18.
He also threatened to flatten the victim’s nose and promised that the victim would “pay” when he got a hold of her.
Fuller also threatened to burn down the house an adult victim, and stated that he would twist her neck until her eyes came out in March of last year.
