One of Floyd County’s Most Wanted is in custody.
According to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office:
[On Friday afternoon] Corporal Towle & Deputy Bowerman with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division followed up on leads regarding an individual on Floyd County’s Top 10 Most Wanted. The investigation led deputies to Dalton, Georgia.
With assistance from the Dalton Police Department, deputies successfully located and apprehended the individual, identified as James Cotton.
We would like to commend our deputies for their diligent effort in locating one of the FCSO Top 10 & thank the Dalton Police Department for their assistance.
