Last week, Ole Tymer BBQ, a longtime community restaurant that opened in 1984, was involved in an after-hours fire, leaving the building and all contents unsalvageable.
Marnė Haskins has launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe to support reconstruction, replace equipment, and help the family reopen the business despite the significant out-of-pocket costs beyond insurance.
Thus far, 22 percent of the $10,000 goal has been reached.
