An officer-involved shooting in Cartersville on Tuesday afternoon.
A Bartow County Sheriff’s Office deputy was involved in the shooting that occurred near State Route 20 and I-75 by the Cracker Barrel at around 3:00 pm.
Law enforcement officials have confirmed that the case is being handled by the GBI.
