An illegal firearm lands a Cartersville man in the Floyd County Jail.
According to an arrest warrant:
18-year-old Nicholus Little N Byars Jr. had a Glock 26 Gen 4 with a 3D-printed modification that made it a full automatic at a location on Woodcrest Drive at Morningside Drive in Rome back on January 16.
As officers were trying to arrest Byars on Monday on East 13th Street, he ran and refused orders to stop.
Byars is charged with a felony count of unlawful possession of firearms or weapons and a misdemeanor count of obstruction.
