A Bowdon man is facing a felony charge of grooming a minor following his arrest over the weekend.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
35-year-old Andrew John Snyder had contact with someone he believed to be under the age of 16 on Snapchat, where he engaged in explicit conversations and sent lewd photos and a video of himself.
The communications occurred between November 22 and January 21.
Snyder is additionally charged with obscene internet contact with a child and electronically furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
