A Rome man is facing a long list of charges, including the sale of methamphetamine, following his arrest on Tuesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
41-year old Brian Collin McKinney sold over an ounce of meth to a cooperating witness back on October 30.
During the execution of a search warrant at his Flannery Street residence, McKinney was found with more meth, a felony amount of marijuana, seven amphetamine pills, nine tramadol pills, digital scales, packaging materials, and numerous firearms.
As a result of the search warrant, McKinney and 36-year-old Amanda Dawn Fricks are charged with trafficking meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.
McKinney is also charged with misdemeanor obstruction for allegedly resisting arrest.
