A homeless man was arrested on Woodbine Avenue on Monday after he allegedly threatened a woman.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
28-year-old Dalton Lewis Culbreth told the victim that he would kill her.
He then tried to prevent the police from taking him into custody.
Culbreth is charged with terroristic threats and acts, and three counts of misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement.
