A Cartersville woman has been arrested on a felony warrant charging her with unlawful sexual conduct with a person in custody.
According to the warrant:
26-year-old Jazmine Prechy Richardson, who was a member of the kitchen staff at the Floyd County Prison, engaged in a sexual act with an inmate.
The incident occurred during the early morning hours of October 20.
