The Rome Alcohol Control Commission will conduct three license hearings when it meets on Wednesday.
The hearings include one for a clerk who was cited for smoking inside a convenience store at 1901 N. Broad Street.
Another hearing is for the Chevron Express at 507 Turner McCall Boulevard, which was cited for smoking and drinking in the store.
The third hearing is for a clerk at Shop N Save at 1303 Shorter Avenue, where a clerk was cited for smoking.
The ACC will also consider a new beer and wine package license request at Shop N Save during the meeting, which begins at 5 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
