A North Rome man was arrested on Monday at his Couper Drive home on drug charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
41-year-old Eugene Stonner Ashley had a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine in his pants pocket.
Ashley is also charged with a misdemeanor count of theft by shoplifting.
