For 76 years, the Coosa Valley Fair has signaled the start of fall for Northwest Georgia residents.
Known as “fall’s finest festival,” the fair has been proudly sponsored by the Exchange Club of Rome since its inception in 1949.
Attendees can support local community vendors while indulging in classic fair treats like funnel cakes, corn on the cob, and a wide variety of other delicious options.
Families will be excited to see the Camp Carousel Petting Zoo return, offering the public a chance to interact with and learn about various animals. Pony rides will also be available for the kids.
Cheerleading Competitions, Beauty Pageants, and other shows like the Jurassic Kingdom Dinosaur Show will also be available.
The fairgrounds will showcase numerous local competitions inside its various buildings, where visitors can also view artwork, photography, and drawings, alongside a flower show and other creative displays.
Wade Shows Rides is back again, offering classic rides like the Alpine Bobs, Tilt-a-whirl, Cyclops, and the ever-popular Ferris wheel, ensuring fun for thrill-seekers of all ages.
