A Rome man is accused of using a pink t-ball bat as an offensive weapon against a child.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
38-year-old Larry Duncan Anthony struck the victim in the face with the bat.
The incident occurred late Thursday at Anthony’s Dodd Boulevard apartment.
He is charged with aggravated assault and 1st-degree cruelty to children.
