Woman accused of leaving threat on voicemail
A South Rome woman has been arrested on a felony warrant charging her with terroristic threats and acts.
According to the warrant:
33-year-old Latisha Lashay Jordan called the victim’s workplace and left a voicemail, calling the victim names and threatening to hang her.
The incident occurred on September 12.
Jordan is also charged with a misdemeanor count of harassing communications.
Man charged with terroristic threats and acts
A threat overheard by two witnesses led to the arrest of a Garden Lakes man on Thursday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
35-year-old Ridge Remon Donaldson stated he had a gun and was going to kill the victim.
Donaldson is charged with aggravated assault and a probation violation.
Indiana woman arrested for felony theft by shoplifting
A woman from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with theft by shoplifting.
According to the warrant:
46-year-old Jhalaniy Jami Al Jalil Hassan took over $500 in merchandise from CVS on Turner McCall Boulevard on September 10.
She even took the shopping basket, the warrant stated.
Report: Woman arrested for having meth, psilocin mushrooms
The execution of a search warrant at a home on Highland Street has resulted in the arrest of a Rome woman on drug charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
40-year-old Annie Rose Clement was found with methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and a glass straw with residue.
She is charged with possession of meth, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, and a probation violation.
Man accused of having 12 grams of synthetic marijuana
A West Rome man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Highway and Riverside Parkway.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
28-year-old Gryphon Michael Graham was found with 12 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana and a digital scale.
He is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects, driving with a suspended or revoked license and two counts of contempt of superior court.
