A Rome man is facing multiple charges following his arrest on Wednesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
38-year-old Brice Alan Williams pulled away from officers as they were trying to detain him on an outstanding warrant.
It was later discovered that the moped he was on had been reported stolen in Cobb County.
Williams is charged with felony theft by taking, misdemeanor obstruction, possession of controlled substances, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and failure to appear in court.
