Woman charged with terroristic threats and acts
A Rome woman is accused of threatening a family member after being arrested at her Franklin Street home on Thursday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
58-year-old Angela Renee Brumit hit the 29-year-old woman on the right side of the face during a domestic altercation, causing two visible red marks.
Brumit appeared to be intoxicated and was yelling at family members in the front yard.
After being transported to the jail, Brumit stated that she was going to kill the victim.
Brumit is charged with terroristic threats and acts, battery, and public intoxication.
Woman charged with burglary
A Rome woman is accused of burglarizing a West Rome business on August 26.
According to an arrest warrant:
20-year-old Hynslei Brooke Fuller entered Factory Connection on Shorter Avenue during non-business hours and was seen on surveillance video taking just over $53 in clothing and other items from the store.
Fuller is charged with a felony count of 2nd-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of theft by taking.
