A man from Red Lion, Pennsylvania, was booked into the Floyd County Jail late last week on charges of grooming a minor for a sexual offense, obscene internet contact with a child, and electronically furnishing obscene materials to a child.
According to the arrest warrants:
40-year-old Andrew Kreg Kehoe sent multiple text messages and engaged in social media conversations with a 13-year-old between January 16 and January 25.
He sent lewd photos of himself and requested nude photos from the victim, even describing how the photos should be taken.
Kehoe is additionally charged with sexually explicit conduct of a minor and use of a computer service to entice a child.
