A Max the Money scratcher delivered a $5 million win to a Georgia Lottery player in Cedartown.
The winning scratcher was purchased at The Country Store at 1206 Piedmont Highway.
The winner claimed the prize on June 20 and selected the cash option, receiving $2,579,679.
As with all Georgia Lottery games, scratch-off games benefit education in the State of Georgia.
