Floyd County Commissioners will consider new licenses for a business cited in a GBI operation targeting illegal cash payouts from gaming machines in February.
The commission will consider beer consumption off-premises, self-service fuel, and coin-operated amusement machine licenses at Berrie Mart at 3510 Martha Berry Highway.
The previous owner has waived a hearing and agreed to penalties.
Tuesday’s Floyd County Commission meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the county administration building on Fourth Avenue.
The caucus starts at 4 p.m.
