Charges have been filed in a crash that resulted in Alabama Highway at Looney Road being closed for a couple of hours on Wednesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
18-year-old Jayden Iziah-Alexander Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, was traveling at a high rate of speed, which caused him to lose control of his vehicle.
He crashed into a power pole and then left the scene.
Johnson, who was later arrested on Looney Road, is charged with hit and run, reckless driving, and driving too fast for conditions.
He has since been released on bond.
