The Georgia Department of Transportation has announced, weather permitting, that crews will periodically close lanes on Second Avenue nightly beginning Monday, January 6 through Friday, January 10.
The lane closures are part of the Second Avenue improvement project that stretches from the Oostanaula River to just north of the intersection with Turner McCall Boulevard.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
WHEN: From 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. every night from Monday, January 6 through Friday, January 10.
WHERE: Temporary lane closures will be periodically implemented on Second Avenue in each direction between West 3rd Street and Turner McCall Boulevard.
