Congratulations to Benjamin and Sandra Perez, of Cedartown, who are the proud parents of the first baby born in 2025 at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center.
Dylan Perez arrived Wednesday at 4:24 a.m.
He weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 20 inches long.
Dylan has a 2-year-old sister, Teresa.
