A Silver Creek man is facing charges following an incident in the car line at Pepperell Primary School back on December 13.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
50-year-old Cedric Dwinell Nicholson screamed an obscenity at a woman and punched her car door.
He then threatened to beat up the victim’s boyfriend.
The incident took place in front of seven juveniles and two staff members.
Nicholson is charged with seven counts of 2nd-degree cruelty to children, and single counts of disorderly conduct, simple assault, and disrupting operations at a public school.
