The Floyd County Police Department is investigating a home invasion in the Armuchee area in which two people were injured.
The incident occurred on Monday on Old Summerville Road.
A senior citizen and her adult daughter were treated for injuries at a local hospital.
The incident occurred between 7:30 and 9:00 AM and the suspect/s left the area after the incident.
Police are asking that anyone with video footage that may be related to the incident forward it to carlos.ribot@floydcountyga.org or contact Investigator Carlos Ribot at 706-235-7766 with any information about the incident.
