Man arrested for possession of meth

A 43-year-old Lindale man was jailed Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine.

According to the warrant:                              

Gary Dawayne Ingram was found with suspected methamphetamine back on April 3 at an undisclosed location in Floyd County.

Woman accused of stealing a vehicle

A Coosa woman was arrested earlier this week on a felony count of theft by taking a motor vehicle.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

34-year-old Brandi Lynn Kimbrough failed to return a motor vehicle by February 22 after signing a contract.
