A 19-year-old has been charged in connection with an incident on October 29 on Rising Fawn Trail.
According to an arrest warrant:
Nicholas Brandon Worthy discharged a firearm toward a person in a vehicle following an argument.
People, including children, were in the area when the gun was fired, putting them in danger.
The victim’s vehicle was also damaged.
Worthy is charged with aggravated assault, 2nd-degree criminal damage to property, reckless conduct, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
