The Rome Police Department has asked drivers to use caution traveling (or finding parking) around Broad and surrounding streets before, during, and after the parade.
The Rome Christmas Parade committee is reporting more than 150 entries in this year’s event.
At the end of the parade, Santa Claus will be lighting the large Christmas tree at City Hall.
The Rome Christmas Parade Committee announced that the theme of the 2023 Rome Christmas Parade will be “CHRISTmas – It’s a Wonderful Life.”
Jan Fergerson has been named the grand marshal of the 2023 Rome Christmas Parade.
The Rome Christmas Parade is one of the oldest and largest parades in Northwest Georgia.
