The 20th annual Rome International Film Festival (RIFF) held the “Georgia Unscripted Road Show” on Thursday afternoon. 

During the event, the Executive Director of the Georgia Film Academy, Scott Votaw, met with local business owners, directors, producers, and government officials about building an entertainment industry workforce locally.

Ethan Garrett with WRGA News spoke with Mr. Votaw more about how the Georgia Film Academy hopes to work with regional schools to highlight how locals can find opportunities to work in the entertainment industry.
