A 46-year-old Rome woman was jailed Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with aggravated assault.

According to the warrant, Makia Awana Meyer pointed a pistol at a man, putting the victim in fear for his life.

The incident occurred on August 9 at a residence on Flora Avenue.
