FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Summerville man was arrested Friday after police say he traveled to Floyd County to meet someone he believed to be a minor under the age of 16 for sex.

According to jail records, 29-year-old William David Curry sent nude pictures of himself and pornographic videos to the person.

He also asked for nude pictures of the person and described sex acts that he would like to perform before traveling to meet the person.

Curry was also found with THC wax.

He is charged with criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation of children, obscene internet contact with a child, electronically furnishing obscene materials to a minor, use of a computer to entice a child, and possession of a controlled substance.
